Booking photography alongside conference video means one planning call, one schedule and one point of contact. Our photographer and video crew coordinate positions so neither blocks the other.

Do we get usage rights?

We’ll walk you through usage terms in your proposal, and they’re confirmed in your agreement.

Do you photograph multi-day events?

Yes. We quote multi-day coverage individually.

Can you take headshots at our event?

Yes. Add a corporate headshot station (+$1,495): backdrop, lighting and a photographer for up to 4 hours, with a retouched headshot per person.
