Need the event streamed live? We don’t offer streaming, but we work alongside your AV or streaming provider and record clean feeds for the edit.

Discovery call
We learn the agenda, rooms, audience and what the footage has to accomplish.

Coverage plan
We map camera positions, session priorities and the audio plan from your run-of-show, and coordinate with the venue and AV team before the day.

Event day
Tony leads the shoot with a crew, usually a second shooter/DP and a production assistant. Larger or multi-room events get more crew. We take audio from the soundboard wherever possible and keep a low profile around attendees.

Edit & delivery
Highlight film first, then sessions and clips. Event recaps are typically delivered in 2–3 weeks.
We work with your venue, not around it
Most venues and AV companies have their own rhythm. We send our camera positions and power needs ahead of time, ask for a board feed for clean audio, and check in with the stage manager before doors open. That’s how presentations come out with clear sound instead of room echo.
What does conference video cost?
Event video starts at $3,995 for 6 hours, or $5,995 with photography. Cost depends on hours or days on site, the number of cameras and crew, the number of sessions to edit. Based in Williamsport, PA and available nationwide. No travel fees within 3.5 hours of Williamsport; beyond that, travel is quoted with your project.
Conference video FAQ
How many cameras do we need?
Most keynotes are covered with two to three angles: a wide, a tight shot on the speaker, and a roaming camera for the audience and moments between sessions. We’ll recommend a setup on the call.
Can you film multiple rooms at once?
Yes, with additional crew. Tell us how many concurrent sessions need coverage and we’ll quote it.
Do you record the presenter's slides?
Yes. We can capture a feed from the presentation laptop or switcher, or add the slides in the edit from your files.
How soon will we have the highlight film?
Event recaps are typically delivered in 2–3 weeks.
Do you live stream?
No. We focus on recording and editing, and are happy to work alongside your streaming provider.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Based in Williamsport, PA and available nationwide. No travel fees within 3.5 hours of Williamsport; beyond that, travel is quoted with your project.
